If something has not met expectations, we aim to address it fairly, respectfully, and as quickly as possible. Concerns can be raised informally or through a clear formal process, with defined stages and timescales for response.

We are committed to listening carefully, explaining outcomes clearly, and taking action where needed. Raising a concern will not affect how you are treated or the service you receive.

Comments and compliments are also important. They help us recognise what is working well and continue building a positive experience for everyone who engages with the mosque.
