Children’s education (madrasa)

Nurturing faith, knowledge, and character

At Shah Jahan Mosque, our madrasa supports children to grow in faith, confidence, and character.

We help children read the Qur’an, understand core Islamic teachings, and develop a strong sense of identity as British Muslims. We place emphasis on good character, respect for others, and positive contribution to society.

Our approach

We aim to make learning engaging, supportive, and suited to each child’s needs.

Our teaching connects faith with everyday life-helping children practise their beliefs with confidence and apply what they learn in today’s context.

What we offer

Regular classes in Qur’an and Islamic studies

A focus on character, behaviour, and personal development.

A supportive and respectful learning environment.

Our commitment

We are committed to providing high-quality teaching in a safe and inclusive setting. All students, staff, and families are treated with fairness, dignity, and respect.
